Roasted coriander seeds <br />1 tsp. Cumin seeds <br />1-inch Ginger, grated <br />2 medium Onions, sauteed <br />1 tsp. Turmeric powder <br />1 tbsp. Chilli powder <br />Salt <br />1 tsp. Dry ginger powder <br />1 tsp. Amchur (Raw mango) powder <br />4 Green chillies <br />1 cup fresh coriander <br />Juice of 1 lemon <br />1 tbsp. Clarified butter <br />Oil for pan frying <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. Grind the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, onion, turmeric powder, chilli powder, sea salt, ginger powder, amchur powder, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice and butter together. <br />2. Marinate the fish for 2 hours and then pan fry until golden and crisp. <br />3.
